A - BLOC four sides detachable all-welded heat exchanger is applied in clean coal phase 4 desulfurization liquid cooling section, used for the cooling of desulfurization liquid by the circulation cooling water. In consideration of the actual production of corrosion resistance and easy disassembly and washing, the plates of the A-BLOC all-welded heat exchanger are made of square BLOC sheets, and the plates are fully automatically welded with one another. Special structural design is different from other forms of fully welded plates, can achieve pure countercurrent heat transfer, (other products of the wrong countercurrent heat transfer), can produce higher turbulence. In the same operating conditions, the A-BLOC all-welded heat exchanger has a heat transfer coefficient four times that of the tubular heat exchanger, with a smaller area required and the ability to handle very small heat transfer temperature differences. In the case of high thermal stress, the plates can be freely telescoped within the frame to effectively resist thermal shock, thus extending the service life of the equipment.
